This is a lovely, bright double room in a calm, clean and welcoming home.
The room will have a brand new double bed and premium mattress before move-in.
The house is kept very clean and offers a relaxed, comfortable environment — very much a home rather than a busy house share. There is a shared dining area, garden, and the room also includes a TV.
You’ll be living with me (the homeowner), my grown-up son (who is largely independent), and our friendly small dog and cat, so being comfortable around animals is important.
The house is conveniently located within walking distance of bus and train links, Asda, and Eurolink.
This would suit a clean, considerate and easy-going working person looking for a peaceful place to come home to. Non-smokers only.
