A freshly decorated room will be available from 1st November in a quiet, friendly home with a live-in single landlord.
As well as your bedroom, you will have your own private lounge area, complete with a sofa and TV, giving you your own separate living space within the home. The kitchen and bathroom are shared.
This home would suit someone who likes a quiet, relaxed way of life. I have two friendly cats, so you'll need to be comfortable around cats and happy sharing the home with them.
Private driveway parking is available.
Please note that this room is not suitable for anyone working from home.
Rent is £700 per month, all bills included, with a deposit required. A one-month notice period applies.
