Clean tidy house offering a double furnished room to rent . I’m a live in landlady . We currently have 3 other house guest all have been here a long time one 15 yrs one 10yrs and one 4 yrs we are looking for one more house guest to join us . I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy who wants a long term stay . We are all older people so someone mature would suit us who is maybe a professional . We do have a large friendly dog ( who is training to be a service dog ) and two gerbils .
