Best to call in evening 7-8ish time to discuss room. I am less likely to respond to messages on site.

Looking for a friendly, independent and social housemate ( i. e has own life but a social, warm friendly person so comfortable house share) .

The house has lots of space, is a edwardian house that has been renovated to a high standard so new carpets exposed wooden floors, log burner, newly decorated etc.
