The house is set back from the main road and is opposite a large beautiful green park with amenities such as a tennis court. The closest bus stop towards Maidstone Town Centre is a 3 min walk from the house and the closest bus stop towards Maidstone Hospital is just across the road. Tesco and Sainsbury's are just a 5 min and 10 min walk away, respectively. There is also a corner shop across the road. The room advertised is at the back of the house and overlooks the large tranquil garden Cleaning duties for the shared spaces such as kitchen, bathroom and living room, are shared between the prospective lodger, myself and the current lodger who is here from Tue to Fri.
