Hiya!

I have a room available in a house share! It’s a room in a lovely Victorian terrace house within walking distance to Maidstone town centre and Maidstone East train station. There’s a south facing garden and large windows that let in plenty of light.

All bills are included in the price. The room is £650pcm - including all bills. There is a spacious bathroom next to the room that is shared.

There is a lovely garden with plenty of seating and a hot tub!

I am looking for housemates who are clean and kind and are happy being social or in their own company, respecting each other’s privacy.

There are 4 rooms at the property and 3 of them are occupied by myself, a male and another female. The room is available from September 12th.

The room covers the top floor of the property with its own private staircase. The room lets in plenty of light, and there is a gas radiator for the winter months.

I ask for one months deposit, and one months notice when leaving.
