I have a room available in a house share! It’s a room in a lovely Victorian terrace house within walking distance to Maidstone town centre and Maidstone East train station. There’s a south facing garden and large windows that let in plenty of light.

All bills are included in the price. The room is £450pcm - including all bills - and is furnished, including a large TV. There is a spacious bathroom next to the room that is shared.

There is a lovely garden with plenty of seating and a hot tub!

I am looking for housemates who are clean and kind and are happy being social or in their own company, respecting each other’s privacy.

There are 4 rooms at the property and 3 of them are occupied by myself, a male and another female. The room is available from April 19th.

I ask for one months deposit, and one months notice when leaving.
