I am looking for 2 housemates to rent out the spare rooms in my gorgeous 3-bed house, located 5 minutes 🚗 from Maidstone Town Centre, and 12 minutes from Maidstone Hospital 🏥.

About Me:
My name is Barbara, it's nice to meet you! 😊 My home is a sanctuary to me! 🧘‍♀️ I keep my place very clean ✨ and would love to live with 2 individuals who also place high value on this. I travel a lot ✈️ so I'm looking for people who will take care of my home and treat it as their own.

What I'm Looking For:
Someone who is clean/tidy and conscious that we are sharing a space. I would always give you a heads up if I intended to have people over and would expect the same in return. Ideally, you would work in the office 🏢 for at least a few days a week rather than be working from home the whole time. If you are in a relationship, it would be fine to have your partner over a couple of times a week, but I do not want to end up effectively living with two people.

Room 1: Good-sized Kingsize bed with built-in wardrobes 👑

Room 2: Double bed with built-in wardrobes 🛌

The bathroom is to be shared between the 2 housemates.
