Newly refurbished double room with media wall, Bluetooth mirror, vanity area, double wardrobe with internal draws. House is a 3 bed semi detached house at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Has free parking within the close, nice rear garden and house is fully furnished.
I would like references and a dbs checked as I do have children over the weekends. You Must be tidy, respectful, child friendly and ideally Non smoking.
The preference of a woman is a preference from my 12 year old daughter and it is for her comfortability.
I have 3 children 12, 6 and 4 that stay sat, sun and Monday nights. We are out and about most of the time and during the week they stay with their mum and I stay away Tuesday and Friday nights. You will have the run of the house and plenty of space and time to yourself.
