I have a lovely house with a bright, fully furnished double bedroom available from 1st August. It is perfectly located: just a 5-minute walk from Maidstone East Station (great for commuters) and an 11-minute drive from Maidstone Hospital.

Rent: £625 per month (Absolutely all-inclusive)
Deposit: £625 (One month's rent)

The house features a shared kitchen, utility room, living area, big garden, a shared bathroom, and a basement currently used for extra storage.
I take great care of the property and am currently putting the finishing touches on some fantastic upgrades for you! Before your August move-in date, the room will be fully completed with a brand-new wardrobe and light fittings. The bathroom is also getting a fresh bath screen, and a brand-new combi boiler is being installed—so you can look forward to excellent heating and constant hot water from day one!

About Me & The Household:
I’m a 29-year-old professional working in London 1–3 days a week. I’m relaxed, clean, and friendly. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me reading Romantasy novels, enjoying a glass of wine, browsing charity shops, cooking, or working on arts and crafts projects. I also love castles and old architecture, and I have long-term plans to convert the basement into a proper rustic wine cellar! 🍷
My boyfriend, Paulo, stays on the weekends. He is super nice, and we are very chilled and easy-going.
He currently lives in London but is planning to move in at some point towards the end of the year. When he does, your rent and bills will stay exactly the same at £625—we will take care of any extra utility usage ourselves!

Who I’m Looking For:
A clean, reliable, and friendly professional who wants a comfortable place to live. If you enjoy a chat over a glass of wine or a cup of tea, but also value your own space, you'll fit right in. I recently got a BBQ as well, so we can look forward to some summer dinners outside!
