The basement has fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle toaster and sandwhich maker. rice maker, air fryer cups plates , cutlery. tv, All bedding towels included as so are bills and parking permit.
Its in walking distance to the town that has lots of nice shops bars and restaurants. Easy access to both busses and trains. Close to local open space and Mote park.
Its a quiet road with not a lot of noise litter or disturbance.
Bus stops practically outside the house
5 min walk to 3 train station to London.
