You’re welcome to use the kitchen, dining area, and living room as shared spaces. The room can also be repainted if you’d like to make it feel more like yours — happy to discuss colours and timing.
The ensuite is private to this room. I use the main bathroom (my room is across from it), so you have your own facilities day to day. Guests can use the main bathroom when needed.
