You'll have access to the shared kitchen and living room. I live in the flat too, so it will be a small household with just the two of us.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, considerate and respectful, and who values a peaceful, welcoming home. It would be lovely to find someone I can get along with naturally, while respecting each other's privacy, routines and personal space.

The flat is conveniently located approximately a 10-minute walk from Maidstone East and Maidstone Barracks train stations. Regular bus services are also available, providing connections to surrounding towns.
