Spacious Double Bedroom with Ensuite

I’m not looking to let long-term.
Ideal place if you're in-between house moves or have a temporary work contract or visiting friends/family.
(No couples and no cats or dogs)

My apartment is set out over two floors. I have the whole of the upstairs and you will have the spare room downstairs, which includes an en-suite, TV, a desk, toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave & air fryer.
You are welcome to use the washing machine in the kitchen.

It has been refurbished to a high standard with fitted wardrobes with ample storage space.
There is a nice private en-suite with shower.
There’s a brand new 4ft bed with a brand new mattress.
Bedding and towels supplied if needed.
It’s a very quiet location. The window in the room overlooks the garden.

It's just myself that lives here with my 6 year old boy who’s in bed by 7pm. He stays away every other weekend.

It's on the Kingfisher Meadow Complex next to LockMeadow, which is a gated complex with a concierge and CCTV.
I'm right at the back overlooking the river so although you have everything you need in town on your doorstep, it's set back enough to have complete peace and quiet.

It's a 5 min walk to Maidstone West train station which now has Fast speed train direct to St. Pancreas or you have Maidstone East train station about another 10min walk away which takes you straight to London Victoria in 1hr.

Visitor Bays/Free Parking is limited here. On the road outside and in the car park next door there is free parking after 6.30pm every night and free all day Sunday's.

I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy, prefer a non-smoker.
Would suit a respectful professional, and a good sense of humour would be a bonus.
