The second single bedroom, with, side table, built in wardrobe, lamp, afterlooks large garden. Shared open plan kitchen facilities, washing machine, and dining area, off street parking.
Must be clean and tidy, and like a quiet house, smoking is not permitted in the house. Also that you like your own privacy and to respect householder privacy as well, there may a dog sometimes in the household which is very well behaved, so must be ok with dogs, housemate sometimes work from home.

5 minutes drive to Maidstone town centre, Maidstone East/West train stations to London Victoria, and 25 minutes walk in to town, near Mote Park and other surrounding towns, historic places, Leeds castle, country walks, Parks and 10 minutes drive to countryside.
