Hi.

I have a double-sized room (for single occupancy ) coming available in a modern-build house share including utilities, council tax, broadband.


There's a modern kitchen with new appliances eg oven/cooker, dishwasher, microwave, an extra fridge freezer, and washing machine. Plus a communal living area with a HD TV, table, sofas, and a low maintenance garden.

The place is warm, has very high speed broadband and is in a quiet location with unrestricted parking (no permits needed).

I cannot accommodate couples sorry!

The house is in west Maidstone in a good area, in a quiet street with shops nearby, plus good access for the motorway.
