Ive been renting out rooms in my home for 25 yrs, and my lodgers tend to stay an average of 2 yrs (so i must do something right).. I dont have any silly house rules, just respect others where noise is concerned,(work , etc) and clearing up after onself ..... I run this as a family home, and not a party house. We are always more than happy to have a chat, the odd meal together etc.......We always look forward to having someone else join our 'family home', whether it be for 6 months or 7 years :) - room has been recenly repainted & refurbished - new pics to follow in a day or 2
