Bedroom available from March 2026 ……….. I am a live in landlord and I have a double bedroom to rent in my property . My 2 bedroom apartment is on a Riverside location only a 5 min walk to the town centre . 3 minutes walk to Maidstone west train station , and around 15 minute walk to Maidstone East train station with trains direct to London Victoria station ( 1 hour journey ) ……… Also only a few minutes walk to aLeisure centre , 10 cinemas complex , Hollywood Bowl bowling alley ,Gravity Trampoline centre , restaurants and fast food outlets , McDonald’s and Indian restaurant ……… Flat mate preference , professional / medical Student / teacher / English speaking foreign nationals ok …….. No couples , Single occupancy only ( not for use for partners staying over ) ……….. This is not a party house but a quiet respectable home which should be treated that way …….. I am a retired school PE teacher and former Military Fitness Instructor ( for over 40 years ) and I have hosted many student teachers from France , Germany and Spain in the past , and also foreign nationals from Italy , Poland , Philippines, South Africa and Lithuania . The bedroom is not en-suite .
