Hello!

I'm one of the current tenants and I am looking for some lovely people to move into two bedrooms in this wonderful house and home.

The tenancy can start from April 22nd with moving in possible over the weekend of April 20th.

The house is a lovely fully furnished Edwardian house in Margate in Cliftonville, 5 mins to the beach and tidal pool and independent shops, bars and cafes on Northdown Road with all amenities.

The house has been recently renovated and is light, bright, modern, spacious and airy, with wooden floorboards and high ceilings throughout.

In addition to the bedrooms the house has:
- a big garden,
- a large lounge,
- a dining area that flows into the kitchen,
- an additional large communal room downstairs (used as work space during the day and a second living room in the evenings)

The house is fully furnished and has everything you would need for living purposes.

The initial rental period will be for 6 months from late April, with the possibility to extend further to a year.

The room prices above represent the current split due to room sizing and working from home arrangements, so are negotiable depending on circumstances.
