Bright and sunny double room in a 2 bedroom terraced house near the quirky Shell Grotto and antiques haven of RG Scott's.

Room comes furnished with chest of draws, clothes rails, bed with underbed storage. There's a bathroom next door with loo and sink which you'll be able to use to yourself. I'm planning on repainting the room before anyone moves in. The room looks over the garden and is very sunny and quiet.

The house is 3 levels with a sunny south-facing garden and off-street parking. There's an open plan living and dining room and a downstairs kitchen with dining table and downstairs bathroom with a bath and shower.

You're sharing with a yoga & sound teacher and a gorgeous cat who is timid at first but very friendly when you get to know her.

We're looking for a clean and respectful housemate who we can share a few meals with in/out the house, morning coffees and who might like to go swimming in the tidal pool or see a gig at elsewhere every now and then.

There's currently a garden studio being built in the garden so not many photos of that yet but I'm aiming to have that finished early August.
