Hello! If you are looking for a room in a peaceful and friendly home, then please take a look at my spare room and come and say hello!
The house is situated on a quiet street, just 10 mins walk from QEQM and 2 mins drive.
It is a large property, with a living room, a second living room and dining room, a large kitchen, downstairs toilet, family bathroom, utility space and a large outdoor garden with a jacuzzi which you are welcome to use to unwind in after a long day at work!
It is just me who lives here and one nurse, (professional, female, with two dogs, so please only contact me if you love dogs!)
The room is furnished, but basic; bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, mirror and some artwork.
The rent includes: gas/electric, fibre optic broadband, council tax, water rates and TV licence/Netflix etc.
The room would suit a single, working person pref female, who is respectful, kind, quiet and can enjoy the house.
