Bright, spacious, high-ceiling double-bedroom in a 2-bed flat available for a friendly lodger. This second-floor flat in Westbrook is warm, gets plenty of light, and is conveniently located 1/2 block from the beach, a 2 minute walk to Tesco Express and bus stops, and a 7-minute walk to the station.

We are looking for a responsible, tidy, LGBTQI+ friendly lodger who will love living here, as I do. We are two female culture-sector professionals (a couple) working in London, so you'll have the flat to yourself quite often during the week.

Cost is inclusive of all bills, including council tax. If you are someone who may spend weekends away frequently, I would be open to negotiating the price to reflect that.
