Double Bedroom - Plus Additional Living Space

Hi,

This room is available now and fully furnished if needed.
There is another vacant room that you can also rent out as an office or personal space, but that will ofc change the rent price. (£1000 pcm for both.)

There is currently me, and my lovely dogo called Kylo living at the property.

Rent & Deposit:
- Rent for the month is paid at the beginning of every month, not the end.

Example: September rent is due on the 1st of September. October rent is due on the 1st of October.. This is for my safety and well-being. I do not want to be chasing or finding out later that there are rent issues. Communication is very important.

The deposit gets paid when you move in. If you move in mid-month, then you pay the deposit and how many days are left out of the month.

Example: move in on August 11th (31-day month) then you pay the deposit and 20 days of rent upfront.

This is a detached house with a driveway.

There is a spacious rear garden and a large front room that leads to the conservatory.

What I want from a potential housemate/Lodger:
Working professional.
A Clean person who cleans up after themselves!! (clean as you go), Reset a space after use! are respectful, and considerate of others - That's pretty much all I care about.

The landlord:
I'm fairly laid back and open-minded but also well-organised and blunt. What you see is what you get. So yeah I'm nerdy and geeky. Not much of a lad haha so I hardly drink or go out on the lash. I love dark sci-fi and fantasy. My side hustle is making costumes, body jewellery, and 3D printing stuff. I'm a strong communicator and easy to talk to and socialise with. I get on best with people who respect blunt honesty and can take and both give constructive criticism/explain their logic. I'm also a ghost/ loner and can go off into my own world. - You might not see or hear from me for days or weeks unless we bump into each other in the kitchen. :P
