I'm sharing a post on 2 rooms coming available in my 3 bed home in Margate Old town (near Shell Grotto Museum).

Both medium and large bedrooms have built in wardrobes, lots of storage, and natural light with large windows, a new king size bed and queen size beds in a renovated Edwardian home.

The bedrooms are ground floor with the communal area on the first floor. The house is split on two levels with third level having a roof garden and office. The large sunny roof garden provides a serene outdoor space for moments of rest and relaxation and views of Dane Park. There's even a barbecue for those warm summer days.

We have two bathrooms and an open plan communal area.
Would be living with 1 female studying her final year and 1 male creative who will be working away for this yearly quarter.

Conveniently located just a 10-15-minute walk from the Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother Hospital, less than a 3 minute walk to a bus stop, bakery and shops and a 20-minute walk to the train station, the home offers easy access to work, essential amenities and transportation.
