Double Room Available in Gorgeous 2 Bed House

Hi,

I'm Hannah, I'm an artist who has been living and working in Margate for 3 years after moving down from London. I've spent the last 2 years renovating this house and am finally ready for a lodger to move in!

My goal is to keep the house a peaceful space to come home to. This ideally would suit someone who's independent, experienced in shared living, and in general clean and tidy. So no big parties, but I would love to find someone who's comfortable sharing the occasional dinner and watching shitty tv!

Over the years living in shared spaces I've learned how important compatibility, and understanding the need for boundaries, good communication and respecting each others space. To make sure the living arrangement works well for both of us, I'm offering a short-term let to start with, with the option to continue long term if it feels like a good fit.
