Double room to rent in Margate £700pcm inc bills

Hello!

I’m Gemma . I am renting out my double room in my 2 bedroom house, fully furnished.

Shared kitchen and bathroom. I have a garden with decking and outside seating.

I work locally in an office based role and work 1 day from home. I’d be happy for you to work 1 day from home but am looking for a housemate who also works full time outside of home.

I have an indoor rabbit, she is friendly and litter trained and enjoys lazing around in-between the dining room and front room. She doesn’t go in the kitchen and doesn’t do stairs.

There is on street parking and I am located in a quiet residential area.

I love living in Margate, making the most of the beach, music, art and great coffee shops and bars :)

Feel free to reach out with any questions. I am looking to rent for short term periods (e. g no longer than 6 months at a time) . I would need a couple of references and a call/face time before moving/viewing, and would need one months rent up front on the day you move in. Females preferredand in full time employment.
