Two separate toilets. The room overlooks the garden rather than the road.

Two separate independent middle-aged males in there at the moment (one commutes to Canterbury every day), so this would suit someone who just wants to quietly get on with their life, rather than someone looking for a young social vibe. But it's very friendly!
