Spacious double room in eco friendly household

i have a double room with great cupboard space to rent from beginning of September .i am a freelance English teacher who enjoys renting out rooms something that i have done for many years now in London and Margate . It's a calm friendly, clean and productive household and would suit someone with the same qualities. i have a large gentle cat called Zorro so need someone who likes cats. The house is pretty close to Margate high st and a few minutes walk from Dane park. Cliftonville and Margate Station are a 15 minute walk away. I have a lovely back garden with a swing in it.. located in a peaceful friendly neighbourhood. Happy to host short term too. the room would suit someone who wants a place they can relax and feel at home in. I do try to be as eco friendly as I can be so would appreciate someone who feels the same . Dishwasher, air fryer, and microwave. Own cupboards etc in kitchen
