Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, tidy female professional to share a lovely, spacious house in central Margate.

The available room is a large, bright double bedroom with beautiful bay windows, wooden floors, a feature fireplace and a freestanding bathtub in the room. There’s plenty of space and storage, and the house itself is spread over two floors, so it feels much more spacious than a typical house share.

You’ll only be sharing the house with one other female professional (me), so there’s plenty of space and it never feels crowded. I’m in my early 30s and work as a doctor. I’m friendly and easy-going, and I enjoy having my own space but would also love to live with someone who is happy to have a chat, occasionally cook together or have a relaxed evening at home.

📍 Location: The house is on Belgrave Street, opposite Dreamland car park, around 2 minutes’ walk from Margate seafront and 5 minutes from Margate station. The town centre, shops, cafés and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

• Fully equipped kitchen
• Main bathroom + an additional separate toilet
• Additional shared guest room with a bunk bed
• Plenty of shared living space

💷 Rent is £725 pcm + 50% of household bills. Bills are split equally between the two of us.
