Bright double room in my clean, peaceful two-bedroom garden flat in Westbrook, just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and around 8 minutes from Margate station, with direct trains to London.

The bedroom overlooks the garden and is currently unfurnished, although basic furnishings can be provided if needed.

I’m looking for one professional person, ideally 30+, who is clean, respectful and enjoys a peaceful home. Ideally you’ll work outside the home for most of the week. This could particularly suit someone commuting to London or looking for a flexible coastal base.

🐕 Must genuinely love dogs — I share my home with two Italian Greyhounds, so you’ll need to be comfortable and happy having them around. As there are already two dogs in the home, the room isn’t suitable for someone bringing another pet.

The flat is currently for sale, so I want to be completely transparent that this is a flexible arrangement rather than a guaranteed long-term home. There may occasionally be pre-arranged viewings, always with notice.
