I’m looking for a friendly, considerate professional to share my lovely two-bedroom home in Margate, just a short walk from QEQM Hospital, Old Town and the beach.

The room & house

The bedroom is cosy, comfortable and fully furnished, with a king-size bed, bedding, wardrobe, desk, chair and storage space.

You’ll have access to a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, shared with just one other person (me!).

All bills are included in the £725 monthly rent: council tax, electricity, water, internet and TV licence.

Great location:

* 5–10 minutes’ walk to QEQM Hospital
* 10 minutes to Margate Old Town and the beach
* 20 minutes to Margate train station

A little about me & who I’m looking for

I’m a live-in landlord, but I travel quite regularly, so there will be times when you’ll have the house to yourself. When I’m around, I split my working week between home, cafés and my office in London.

Ideally, I’m looking for a full-time working professional who works mainly outside the home. Someone who’s clean, considerate, communicates well and treats the house with the same care as their own.

I value having a relaxed, friendly home where we can enjoy a chat or a coffee, but equally respect each other’s privacy, space and routines.

Ultimately, I’d love to find someone who feels at home here and enjoys living in a comfortable, peaceful and well-looked-after space.
