One double bedroom left in a detached, sunny, modern, 4 bedroom house from September 1st 2017 for 10 months. The household so far consists of 2 male students from Christchurch, Broadstairs campus and an apprentice. They are all in their mid-twenties and easy going.

The house is on the Broadstairs/Margate border about 2 miles from Broadstairs campus. Directly on the Loop bus route to Westwood Cross and East Kent College campus. Buses leave every 7 minutes. A bus goes from across the road directly to Christchurch Broadstairs campus three times per hour.
The house has 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and an extra toilet downstairs. The available bedroom is fully furnished, with a bed and bedside table, a wardrobe, desk and TV and internet sockets. The house has a large lounge/dining room with flat screen TV, dining table. Off-street parking for 2 cars. There is a large veranda and a sunny garden. Built in 2004 the house has gas central heating and double glazing and is fully furnished with everything down to cooking and eating utensils. Rent includes water, internet and gardening.
