Across the road is a Loop bus stop which goes to Westwood on the one hand and on the other side to Margate and Broadstairs. Buses leave every 7 minutes.

Very sunny, detached, modern house with large veranda and sunny garden. Spacious, shared living/dining room overlooking the garden, with dining table, marble coffee table, sofas and flatscreen TV. and my grandad's rocking chair, which is over 100 years old.

The room is fully furnished with double bed and bedside cabinets, 2 wardrobes, desk and office chair.

The house has a family bathroom with bath and shower over and an extra toilet downstairs.


The kitchen is fully equipped with washer, drier, microwave, 2 freezers, huge fridge. It also has cooking, eating and drinking equipment and utensils provided.

Exactly opposite are a fish and chip shop and 3 take-aways (Indian, Kebab and fried chicken) and a grocery shop, which is open 7 days a week from 6.30 am to 11 pm.

One month's rent is due before moving in and taking up residency. 1 trial month before exchange of contracts, so both sides can see if the tenancy is desirable.
