Static two bedroom caravan in Minster Sheppey

The caravan is situated on the Ashcroft Holiday Park in Minster.
It has one double and one single bedroom. Bathroom with shower. Fitted kitchen and a nice size lounge\dining area.
The caravan includes a cooker, TV and fridge.
There are parking spaces right outside of the caravan, however, these are not allocated to any particular caravan. Electricity and gas to be paid by tenants directly to the park.
There is a gas fire in lounge.
There is a small grassed area to one side of the caravan for your own use.
The park has indoor and outdoor pools, a club, a small site shop and a launderette.
Sorry, we do not allow pets.
For health and safety reasons we do not permit smoking inside the caravan.
We have fitted a smoke alarm, CO2 alarm, fire blanket and fire extinguisher.
Our caravan is clean and comfortable and we are looking for someone who will respect this and treat it accordingly.
There is a £500 damage holding deposit payable.
The site is only open ten months of the year and closed January And February
We will require two references, one of which will need to be from your current employer.
We are looking for a minimum term of 2 months let
