The room has plenty of storage: drawers under one side of the bed, wardrobe, storage boxes above the wardrobe, chest of drawers with three large drawers and a beside table with three drawers. The desk in the photos belongs to the current lodger.

There is access to the garden, kitchen and living-dining room. Internet and all bills included. The room also has a 37inch TV available for the lodger's use. This is not a smart TV, but can be used as a smart TV with an Amazon Fire Stick or equivalent (own subscriptions required).

The garden is South-East facing so has plenty of sun throughout the day. The available room is the front middle floor bedroom as this room is the cooler of the two in the summer and cosy in the winter.

There is plenty of parking nearby by use of the visitors bays (there are 18 within close proximity to the house, some additional kerbside parking and many more visitors bays on the development.

Looking for a female lodger to share with a live in landlord includes a 32-year-old male and his girlfriend, a 26-year-old Australian-Italian student who speaks German, French and Italian. We are looking for one lodger only, no couples considered.

Live out landlord is myself, 39-year-old teacher who lives nearby - my brother (who lives in) and I own the home together, so you would have two points of call for help with any queries.
