Is available, I have a little girl for 3 nights a week and a boxer dog who’s really friendly. You have your own bathroom. I only have one condition and thats front room is private. You have full use of the kitchen, You've got space for one car on the drive and full use of the garden …any other questions just ask. Il have pictures once my room person moves out. Worth viewing
