House Share in Quiet Location

Hey, I’m looking for somebody to share my home in a lovely peaceful location in Penshurst.

The property features an open kitchen/living room set-up, with doors going out into a peaceful garden surrounded by fields. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath/shower room (upstairs) and 1 rest room (downstairs).

There’s plenty of off-road parking, lots of local walks, plenty of local cafes and clubs to join (e. g. ParkRun 2 mins away, Tennis Chiddingstone). You will need a car because the property is very rural. It is however a 10-minute drive to Hildenborough station with good links into London. It’s also equidistant (15-mins) to Tonbridge or Tunbridge Wells, so plenty of choice for stations and nice towns to visit.

A little bit about myself, I’m 35 years old, kind, calm, and all round pretty relaxed. I’m tidy and easy to live with. I enjoy playing golf and tennis once or twice a week, occasionally go climbing. I also enjoy checking out local events and finding new places to explore. I travel to Germany for a week each month and stay away for work maybe 2 or 3 times a week so I won’t be home very often.

The price includes all bills. The room can be furnished or unfurnished (used AI image for example) whichever you prefer. I’m flexible about the whole thing and I’d love to hear from you if you’re interested.
