The room could be particularly well suited to someone working within the NHS or healthcare, education, emergency services or another professional environment, especially given the proximity to the local hospitals and transport links.

Students will also be considered, particularly someone looking for a quieter and more comfortable home environment with their own dedicated space to study.

I'm keen to find the right person rather than simply fill the room – someone who will respect and enjoy the house, be comfortable living with my three little dachshunds and enjoy being part of a friendly household while still having plenty of their own space and privacy.
