All bills included, bathroom shared with one housemate(female), Furniture included, comes with bed and desk etc. Most stuff/cleaning equipment/kitchenwares can be shared in the house.

No restriction for using washing machine/kitchen/bathroom/bringing guests(partner or friend) over, as long as not causing inconvenience or trouble to other housemate.

Mutual respects required and please understand the importance of having a decent sleep at night.

Smoking not allowed indoor but is acceptable in the garden if clean up the filters. One private Parking space available at no extra cost.
