Double bedroom by the sea to rent

The house is situated in a lovely location , only
5 minutes walk to Ramsgate beach and King George V park which enables you to walk to Broadstairs very easily.
One double bedroom, to offer but I have a spare room if extra wardrobe space is needed.
The bedrooms are doubles and fitted wardrobe and new furniture.

There is an option to rent both room for £850 and one bedroom could become a spare room .
If only one bedroom is needed then I could revise the monthly rental. Council tax band B must be paid.

The property had a calm feeling and would suit shift workers.
New Smoke detectors.
Yearly gas checks.
Carbon monoxide monitor fitted
The house is super clean.

Off street parking . After 6pm it is busy but generally it’s ok to park close to the house.

There are several bus stops close by and the train station is 5 minutes in a car.
I may consider animals, a small pet, non malting dog or well trained cat.
I’m looking for a professional who perhaps does shift work like myself as I need a house mate to be conscientious and considerate of my shift patterns as I would be of yours.
I’m a Pescatarian, mainly vegetarian, therefore I would prefer someone with the same diet.
