...One Double room in a lovely Victorian house...

...i have one double room available in my home..... £600pcm...it is on the 2nd floor.....in a lovely Victorian house close to the sea front...we are all very close...& get along well...i am looking for someone long term who is friendly.. honest...quiet.. i don't want anyone who takes drugs or drinks heavily...i will need a reference from your place of work & a character reference......you will have use of the kitchen which has washing machine.. microwave.. fridge & freezer space....plus cupboard space....we have a garden... & the road has ample parking...I am a Cook by Trade.. so am always making meals for anyone that would like one if I am there.. which is sometimes helpful to anyone who would Love a meal after a long day at work..& doesn't enjoy Cooking.. my meals are..£8 per meal...I have been taking Lodgers & Students since..1983.. but now just Lodgers.. I am a very friendly person..& a Live in Landlady...I have had my fair share of problem Lodgers..& I don't want that any more.. so I will be quite thorough with my interviews..& will choose the person that I feel will fit in with us all...please txt me if you are interested..& tell me about yourself.. if I think that you could be the one..
