Shared use, with one other person, of smart shower room with toilet and sink and a well equipped kitchenette suitable for quick, easy cooking. All in superb condition. The ‘flatlet’ is self-contained so the rest of the house is unavailable to the tenant.
House is situated a short distance from town, beach, park, bus stops and train station.

I am the owner of the house I live here. I am very friendly, easy going, creative and busy.
Looking for someone who is able to live quietly and independently, coming and going as they please. I would expect high standards in regards to cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms.
I have a small friendly dog.
