I have a very large double room for rent in my terraced property.
Near the park, shops and public transport.

We have a small garden and I spend alot of time away at my partners or at work. We have one current lodger so its not a busy house share, any renter would be able to treat the house as home for the price of a room.

If you have a pet they are welcome, I do have 2 visiting dogs 🐕. Ther will be a deposit for animals not kept in their own enclosed home. £100 per pet to cover any possible damages/ pest control or redecoration costs.

Some basic utilities included:
Water
Electricity
House insurance
Council tax
Gas
A weekly cleaner to do communal areas and a monthly bedroom clean for everyone.

Current WiFi included - if you want to switch that would be up to you to take over.
Any extras like Netflix you would need to get yourself.

I am 38 and my partner is 46 you may not see us very often but if you need anything you will have easy contact with us. We are both creative types so not wild party goers sadly lol. The current lodger is a lovely lady working in Ramsgate.
