Top floor large double with private bathroom

Hi, I’m James. I have an extra-large double room available in my three-storey house from April (ideally from the 1st, though I can be flexible for the right person).

The room is on the top floor and comes with its own private bathroom, so it feels self-contained and separate from the rest of the house. The layout works well for privacy, with the kitchen and utility room on the ground floor, and the living room and master bedroom on the middle floor.

The house is located on St Luke’s Avenue, just behind Aldi. It’s around a ten-minute walk to Ramsgate station and about five minutes to the coast or into town. Ramsgate has high-speed trains to London St Pancras (approx. 1 hour 15 minutes), making this an ideal base for someone commuting to London two or three days per week. There is free on-street parking directly outside, and it’s always available.

The room can be furnished (including the bed shown in the photos) or unfurnished if you prefer to bring your own furniture. The rest of the house is fully furnished.

Rent is £750 per month including all bills, with a £750 deposit. Council tax and utilities are included. The house has Sky super-fast fibre broadband, so working from home is absolutely fine.

I work in film and advertising and commute to London during the week. The house is generally calm and quiet, particularly midweek. I’m ideally looking for a working professional who values a tidy, respectful and peaceful home environment.
