House Share in Beautiful Georgian House - Ramsgate

Living room

A beautiful Georgian house. That I bought as a project, it was briefly a holiday let and then a long term let. I'm currently in the process of moving in myself and finding places for my art and artefacts collected over 30 years. I've been working at some of the UK's major festivals for this time and much of the art and artefacts are Anarchist and Sound Culture inspired. Right now my life is very much about Relaxation and Yoga but hey the sound system will never leave us so flat mates must be able to respect the need for a calm and relaxing home environment but also should have a fun side because we all need to rave everynow and again.

The idea is that this will be our very lovely sanctuary so communication is key.

Council tax ,water, broadband will be covered by me. We will share the electricity and gas bill. Gas central heating in each room. Wood burner in the living room to add that extra touch of coziness and free heat ( as a carpenter I get plenty of free wood) Photos were from when it was a holiday let.
