We do take 2 months rent in advance instead of a deposit, The next rent is due after the 2 Months rent has expired.

We are an accredited Landlord and also have a licence for the house to be in multiple occupancy.

There is No Contract Fee , No Renewal Fee, No Admin Fee and No Reference Fee, we are a local friendly family run business.
