Single and double rooms(for single occupation.) accommodation available. Studio flats also available. Studio flats are small and cosy, having their own front door, tiny kitchen, shower room and lounge/bedroom. Rooms are in a very quiet household, no visitors allowed at 11pm, cctv is in operation. This is not a party house!!! Wifi is available but I do not guarantee this. Quiet mature people preferred. A deposit and a minimum of 1 months rent in advance is required. Rooms and studio flats vary in price from £100 to £140 . Call me for further details.
A guarantor who is a homeowner is required for all prospective tenants please do not contact me if you do not have a guarantor.
