Room with a view

Hi. I'm Sarah and I am looking for someone to share my home.
I have been renovating a cottage in Ripple, just outside Deal. It is very cozy and homely and is in a fantastic location for anyone wanting peace and quiet in the countryside. There are horses at the bottom of the long garden and a walk across 2 fields to Solleys ice cream parlour and pub where you can great food and regular live music. And plenty of footpaths for many beautiful walks. The town and beach of Deal is about 4 miles, Dover 6 miles and Canterbury 18 miles.
There is a shared bathroom with bath and separate shower also a 2nd toilet downstairs.
The kitchen has a mini range cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.
I have 2 cockapoos so you would need to be dog friendly as they are very people friendly.
I am looking for a non smoker please without pets who is quiet, clean and tidy who will respect my home. Single person only. No couples or overnight guests. You will need to be in employment and I will need references please as I have had a couple of bad experiences in the past.
Looking for the right person that I would feel comfortable sharing my home with.
