Two large double rooms in central Rochester

Two large, bright and airy double rooms available in beautiful period house in Central Rochester. One on the second floor, and one in the attic, both provided with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The attic room also has an additional day bed / sofa.

Friendly house, we enjoy board games or a trip to the pub from time to time. Use of large social kitchen, dining room and living room. Some working from home, so it's a quiet professional house during the week.

Two cats are the actual live in landlords. I work and stay away from time to time so help with feeding and looking after the cats between us all is appreciated.

All bills and general household shared items included. We have a cleaner and a gardener, but we all pitch in to do usual chores to keep a generally neat and tidy house.
