Double room in spacious Rochester flat by station

Double room available in a spacious, characterful 2-bed flat in central Rochester, right by the Cathedral/Castle area and around a 5-minute walk to Rochester station.

The flat is set up as a two-person home, so you’d only be sharing with me rather than being in a large house share. There’s a large shared bathroom, a comfortable living room, and a long open-plan kitchen/dining area with plenty of space to actually use and enjoy the flat. The kitchen has the usual appliances, including oven, hob, fridge, washing machine and cupboard space.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and built-in storage/cupboard space.

A bit about me: I’m 31 and work in banking in London, usually hybrid with City office days. I’m tidy, fairly relaxed, and like the flat to feel like a proper home. I enjoy pubs, food, the gym, gaming, travelling and a decent chat.

This would probably suit a tidy, respectful professional, who is sociable at times but also appreciates a calm home. Someone friendly, considerate and tidy.
