Furnished double room available in a spacious two-bedroom flat in central Rochester, right by the Cathedral and Castle and around a 3-minute walk from Rochester station.

The flat is set up as a two-person home, so you’d only be sharing with me rather than living in a larger house share. There’s a comfortable and spacious living room, a large shared bathroom, and a good-sized open-plan kitchen/dining area with plenty of room to cook, eat and enjoy the flat.

You’ll have your own under-counter fridge, as well as dedicated freezer and kitchen cupboard space. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob and washing machine.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and built-in cupboard/storage space.

A bit about me: I’m 31 and work in banking in London, usually hybrid with City office days. I’m tidy and fairly relaxed and like the flat to feel like a proper home. I enjoy pubs, food, the gym, gaming, travelling and a decent chat.

This would probably suit a tidy, considerate professional looking for somewhere central, comfortable and calm. Ideally someone independent and happy doing their own thing, but also sociable from time to time.
